CNIT 175 Lab05 Due: Mon. 10/03/11, 10:00 PM 10 Points Objectives: Data validation o Existence check o Type check o Range check o Pattern check Program : Design a VB .NET project to compute the monthly commission for a sales person working in an office supply. Each sales person is paid a commission based on the sales made in that month. The user should enter the agent’s name, social security number, and the sales made in a month. The program should compute the commission and display it in the output label with a message to the agent’s name. See screen capture below. Figure 1, Screen Capture at runtime Calculating the Commission: If the sales amount is greater than or equal to $50,000 the commission is 5% of the sales made; Otherwise, if the sales amount is greater than or equal to $20,000, the commission is 4% of the sales made; Otherwise, if the sales amount is greater than or equal to $5,000 the commission is 2% of the sales made. Otherwise, the commission is 1% of the sales made. Process Button:
