Lab06 Due: 10/17/11 10 Points Resources: Chapter06 Objectives: General Procedures General Functions Radio Buttons Program: One of the jobs of the Bureau of Motor & Vehicle is issuing license plates to new car owners. There are four designs to choose from: Education, Purdue, Environment and Basic. For each customer the clerk should enter a name, driver license number, price of the car, select one of the designs given through Radio Buttons. Then the program should compute the price of the license plate, and display it in currency format in the output box along with a message to the driver’s name. Assume that the price of the plate in calculated as follows: Price of the license plate = 2% of the price of the car If the design is Basic, there is no extra charge, If design is Education there is a $20.00 additional charge. If design is Purdue, there is a $40.00 additional charge. If design is Environment, there is a $15.00 additional charge.
