Week 4 DQ 3 What are some effective ways to handle a question-and-answer period following a presentation? What are some effective ways to handle scenarios when you do not know the answer to a question? Some effective ways to handle a question-and-answer period following a presentation begins with knowing the arguments against your point of view. The best way to fend off questions is to know your opposition arguments as well as they do. The presenter should answer each question in a manner that should suggest he or she takes each question seriously, and the person who asked the question. Another technique for effectively answering questions is to make direct eye contact with questioner, giving the impression that the presenter believes strongly in his or point of view. Effective ways to handle scenarios when you do not know the answer to a question is to repeat the question and refer back to something that presenter spoke about in his or her presentation.
