1 Capstone Final Report (only in PDF format) Report writing is a key element of this class. Writing is important because you will want others to act on your recommendations. In writing a report your goals will be to tell what you did, what you learned, and how one can use the results. The reports should be neat and concise. Utilize the writing center for proof reading, corrections, and suggestions! Typical Report Format: Your report should have the following sections: 1. Title sheet - Field name, project name, team members name, and date submitted etc. 2. Table of Content - List sequentially all the sections the report contains. 3. List of Tables - List all table headings with page numbers. 4. List of Figures - List all figure headings with page numbers. 5. Executive Summary (abstract) - Capture the essence of your study, findings and recommendations. Be very specific. General statements should be avoided. 6.
