Lab 2 Isaac Duran Id2497 With the provided data, it can be seen that there are differences between a single diode, diodes in parallel, and diodes in series. In the single at around .4 V current began to flow through the diode, as for parallel it began to flow at around .2-.3 V and series didn’t spike up until around .8 V. It can be observed that the diodes in series didn’t have current flow until .8 which is double of a single diode, so we can see that voltage is added for the two diodes. For the diodes in parallel, it began to jump up at half the voltage than a single diode. So if diodes are in parallel it can be seen that the flow of current will be much faster than a single diode so the I (current) is added for the parallel diodes.
