This could be as simple as replacing all their light bulbs or as complicated as changing some of their machinery and hardware. 1. What is its basic revenue model? Where will revenues come from? a. We would of course have to pay for the equipment and the people to install it. We would charge the companies we do this for the price of equipment and installation at a raised price in order to make a revenue. In addition, we would most likely out source all of our installation as to avoid having too many employees on staff before we know how successful the business will be. 2. What will be the main costs of generating the revenue? a. What is nice about this business idea is that we can buy
