Jordan Kovalsky Assignment 14: EMI and CT Scanner 1. Should EMI pursue the opportunity of developing the CT scanner? Why or  why not?  They absolutely should. An entrepreneur cannot succeed on one mere  idea. The point of an entrepreneur is that there first idea is what gets them started  into continuing to create new and better things. Without this ability an  entrepreneur will not survive. Much like a musician, that one catchy song my put  you into the market, but if you don’t come up with another one quick than you  will soon fade away as a one hit wonder. 2. If they pursue this, are they first mover, second mover or later mover?  They  would be the first mover because they are the first company to present and  attempt to sell the product. However, this also requires them to move quickly and
