Jordan Kovalsky Assignment 17- Non-Profit Efforts 1. Have you done this? Do you know other students who have done this?  I started  a non-profit two years ago that branched off of my Jewish youth group. I have a  brother with special needs and I thought it was important that he, and other  children like him, have the opportunity to interact with Jewish kids their age in a  comfortable setting. So I decided to start a youth group for students with special  needs that met twice a month. The activities that they participated in were free of  charge and all run by volunteers from the rest of the chapters within the youth  group.  2. What was satisfying about it? Challenging?  This was satisfying for me because I  knew I was helping my brother directly connect to kids just like him.   It was
