As we discussed, investing our resources in training all employees on OrderManage software will help us clear the current warehouse backlog. Once we train everyone, we will see faster delivery cycles and fewer errors. Please identify the first group of trainees, so we can begin training and full implementation of the program. Our recommendation: train all warehouse employees on OrderManage software The software installed six months ago is a powerful solution to our warehouse problems. Currently, only shift supervisors have received training in the new software. As soon as we train all warehouse employees in OrderManage, our problems will be under control. Other companies have had great success with OrderManage
