However it differs slightly from it because their use of the term structural is not entirely correct. Nonetheless their conceptualization is helpful. When you analyze a program from a functional perspective, you want to know the following: 1. What Needs are Addressed? 2. What are the Goals of the program? Prevention? Harm-Reduction (minimization of problem )? Alleviation of conditions? 3.
