As a whole, you seemed well rehearsed. Overall, delivery was fairly good. Most everyone had a nice attention getter. Some did a nice job connecting their topic to the audience/addressing the issue of why should the audience care. All of your topics were interesting! Nobody passed out, vomited or died Your first MAJOR assignment is done with!!!  Things that went well…

Following the instructions You all got the basics of the assignment, but were missing some of the aspects that you are graded on… such as developing an effective attention getter and clincher, stating a thesis statement, 2 clear main points etc. CLINCHERS!!!! No ‘in conclusions’ no ‘thank you’ Some need to work on thesis statements All need to work on identifying and developing ways to communicate complex ideas to a lay audience… which leads us to our second major assingment Things we all need some work on

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
