REFLECTION Pain is inevitable as everybody experience it however, every pain has a solution and offers an option to choose the right direction. As shown in the story, Emotional Intelligence is strongly associated with individual improvement and achievement in various leveled setting and with individual performance. Moreover, Emotional Intelligence is viewed as a predecessor to resilience. Resilience implies bouncing back from troublesome encounters and emotional distress. It was assumed that a good indicator of success and survival from traumatic problems has been the level of emotional intelligence. In many instances, if you realize how to deal with your emotions and to understand other's feelings, you will most likely surpass what you are experiencing. In this way, proper handling of emotions has more to do with progress and happiness throughout everyday life. ACTIVITY 1 "I love you Mommy, Daddy, Brother, and Sister," says Baby. "Love you too," all of them answer. Love begets love. This simple scenario, an often observed dialogue between parents and children, is taken for granted by many parents and grandparents, but unknowingly has a great impact on their relationship as a family. The family has a primary function in the development of one's ideas, skills, values, and personalities as a whole, which in the end leads to human satisfaction. The family is the most important social structure of any society. When a family is connected, it will result in a harmonious relationship, but when the family is disconnected because of misunderstanding and conflict, it creates a broken family. However, when parents are determined to create the right environment and provide the right combination of simple basics, the family continues to exert a powerful lifelong impact on children. It is in this viewpoint that we ought to remember this statement "Whatever the individual's upbringing in the family is, is reflected with fellowmen and this is carried up to the school and anywhere else he goes." A good relationship is a joy and privilege- it can yield rich rewards. It all depends on you, the parents. In a loving, close-knit family, diverse chapters of our children's lives unfold which can dramatically affect all the members of the household. Let us then bear in mind that family ties are the backbone of any relationship. There is a need to strengthen it as a foundation, which will then be transmitted from generation to generation.
