You are to work either individually or in a group of two students. The process you are control is depicted below.- r ( kT )- Digital control- u ( kT ) ZOH- u ( t ) 200 ( s + 1)( s + 2) motor + plotter dynamics- k + ?- d ( t )- 1 s- y ( t ) . 1 Sensor @ @ @ ¡ ¡ “ y m ( kT ) The various signals in the system are described as follows. • The output signal y ( t ) is the position (in cm.) that you are to control. • The measured position, y m ( kT ), is provided at the output of a sensor that produces a signal in volts. • The disturbance is a resistance to motion represented as a negative contribution to plotter speed. • The reference position r ( kT ) is in units of cm and can be assumed to be in the range from 0 cm to 30 cm, with step changes starting and finishing anywhere in that range possible. • The input signal u ( t ) is measured in volts. You need to choose which of three different motors you will use. These three motors differ in that the maximum magnitude of the motor’s input voltage is either 25 V, 50 V, or 100 V....
