Cell phones and signal scramblers In the past, there was no need for signal scramblers to be installed in schools to block text messages and phone calls during school time. Today, however there is a need to install them in schools to block the cell phone calls and text messages. Because all the students in schools are using them over limit that cause disruption to their learning process. Even though some may object to install signal scramblers in school, there are many sound reasons in favor of installing them in schools. Students using cell phones in class for texting and for calling someone often miss important announcements. Some may argue that they may be looking for some important message from their parents or so. But if an emergency comes parents can leave message in the office to be told to the student and also may be some of them are really looking for some information but most of them are cheating. For example, last week a student in my class was texting and misses our teacher announcing about a quiz next day. Next day
