Purpose: The purpose of this lab is to see what people prefer- Powerade or Gatorade. Hypothesis: If a sample of students/or teachers are asked their preference between Fruit Punch Powerade and Fruit Punch Gatorade, then most people would choose Gatorade because the brand is more popular. Variables: IV: the sports drink. DV: the preferance of each student/or teacher. CV: the color and flavor of the sports drink are the same. Procedure: 1. Place one sample of original Gatorade (Fruit Punch flavor) and one sample of original Powerade (Fruit Punch flavor) into separate dixie cups.
