The worst case propagation delay in this Ethernet is 5000 bit durations and it happens to be between A and B, because A and B are located the farthest possible in the bus a) What is the minimum number of bits each MAC frame should have? and why? b) Assume A wants to transmit a frame of 100 bits. It senses the channel as idle and starts transmitting, however before A is done transmitting all the bits, B starts transmitting a frame. What must have been the latest time B started transmitting its frame?
