Decision Making Process Decisions are part of every person’s daily activities. As a decision is presented the person must decide which direction to go and whether or not to act on this issue. If there is an organized process in order to successfully review the decision and find the desired outcome and process to ensure this is the proper tools and method to complete the task. I will touch on the basis of my recent job change and what decision process I used to factor this choice of moving to a different company and different position. After working at Lowes for 4 years, and finally having three weeks of vacation, vested in the company’s 401 K plan and stock distribution I received a job offer from another retail type company to start as a lower wage and temporary status. This was a very difficult decision as this would be giving up my seniority, benefits, and the ultimate position with set hours. With being in retail a Mon-Friday job 7-4 is very hard to come by. I had very limited position movement in my current company and was pretty
