After reading about some cases of palming off, or passing off, I decided that the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders v. Pussycat Cinema case interested me the most because instead of making a product look similar to another product, they made a movie. In the movie, the main actor was a former Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader when, in fact, no one associated with the movie had any connection to the Cowboys football team or its cheerleaders....
