1 | Syllabus of ECN 425 Fall Semester 2011 Introduction to Econometrics Seung Chan (Min) Ahn Course description ECN 425 is designed to acquaint you with basic statistics and regression analysis. Regression methods are useful to analyze causal relationships among economic variables. Required Textbook Stock and Watson: Introduction to Econometrics, 2 nd ed. (Pearson-Addison Wesley), 2007, or 3 rd ed., 2011 Grader Zhenhua Wu (CPCOM 425E, wzhenhua@asu.edu ) will grade homework assignments and exams. He will not have regular office hours, but you can contact him by appointment if you have questions related to grading. For questions regarding class materials, contact Dr. Ahn.
