Rebuilding Trust Don’t confuse being trustworthy with “being a buddy”. Don’t be surprised if folks are suspicious of your change plans. Don’t expect people to trust you more than you trust them.

Nonstop Change Transition is like a magnet, it attracts all the past problems. Make sure people understand the current and real problem. To make change, every level of the organization has to feel challenged. If employees feel like followers the change will fail.
