Unformatted text preview: Part 1 The first article titled Why doing good is good for business starts out with an example of an ethical decision made by the drug company Pfizer, and how this decision is turning out to financially favor the company as well as boost its moral credibility among consumers and employees. Pfizer supplied free drugs for customers who lost their jobs in 2009 and cannot afford the medication that they need to be healthy. This move may have come as a surprise to some because of the $2.3 billion fines Pfizer faced previously, but the “free drug” program they have implemented is putting the company back in a favorable light. This comes as no surprise to Los Angeles management advisor Dov Seidman. Seidman, who started the company Legal Research Network, claims that companies that “out-behave” other companies will make the most money nowadays.
