General Public Relations Recommendations: In order to achieve the goal of enlarging customer base all over the country, it is vital to attack one of the weaknesses previously listed in the SWOT analysis of Moe’s. That weakness is advertising. While word of mouth is many times considered to be one of the strongest means of gaining new customers, a strong advertising campaign could help. Triple J Incorporated will both help Moe’s broaden their consumers as well as eliminate a weakness by introducing such a campaign that would reach out to different age brackets and increase consumers. The first advertisement would be geared for younger children from about the ages of 5 to 10. This demographic makes up approximately 7.3% of the entire American population and has a strong influence on purchasing power. If young kids desire a product, they ask and beg their parents, who in return, usually relent if it is not an outlandish request (and a burrito from Moe’s certainly is not).
