Some basic Tags: <HTML> </HTML> Indicates the beginning and end of an HTML document <TITLE> </TITLE> Places text in the title bar of the web page window <BODY> </BODY> Indicates beginning and end of text/info to be displayed <CENTER> </CENTER> Centers text on the page <P> </P> Paragraph tag: puts space before and after the enclosed content. <H1> </H1> Formats the text as Heading 1.
