116 STAT. 745 PUBLIC LAW 107–204—JULY 30, 2002 Public Law 107–204 107th Congress An Act To protect investors by improving the accuracy and reliability of corporate disclosures made pursuant to the securities laws, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled , SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
