Examples: Weight Management, Smoking Cessation These programs seek to destroy the unsustainableness of ever increasing medical expenses for employers by instituting greater accountability on their employees. Return on Investment Effectiveness Future Employee Wellness Programs Almost 40 percent of large companies in the country are now spending over $200,000 annually on employee wellness programs.
