To do this, students will titrate an unknown solution with a standard silver ion solution to form precipitates of insoluble silver halides. In theory, the halide ions should precipitate out in sequence: the least soluble first and most soluble ones last. Students will then analyze the potentiometric titration curves to find both the identity of the halides and the respective concentrations. Data: -Potentiometric titration curves for unknown halides (part 1 of experiment)
