In this course you will be exposed to the consulting profession of change leadership / management. This course is designed to provide you with a basic understanding of what the practice of change management involves, how it developed and how one offers services. As a result of this course, you will develop the fundamental vocabulary, skills and knowledge needed to: assist you in determining if you would like to pursue a career as a change management (CM) spet, and / or help you develop the necessary understanding to interact with, and / or supervise, change consultants. Olson M arshall School of Business Course Design Course Design Essentially, the course is designed in three sections: Review of the History and Development of Change Leadership, Investigation into the Ways in which CL is Practiced and the Future of Change Leadership & related Special Topics.
