The Conclusion This final chapter was very passionate. He criticizes conformity: if a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away. By doing so, men may find happiness and self-fulfillment. Thoreau gives so many instructive ideas about making your life better. Life is a blessing and everyone should love it. His relationship with the audience becomes more intense in this chapter and it really shows his motivation to mobilize us to start working to live our lives differently....
