Nick Poggetti 2/7/2011 Barr Ed Morgan Tweetation Ed Morgan’s presentation on video was a very nice change of pace from the other presentations that we have been given so far. The use of video is pretty intriguing because it is a very fun, yet important way to give customers a way learn about your product. I was very interested in seeing videos that differentiate business to business and business to consumer. I like the way Ed Morgan described the difference: Business to consumer video is focused on being “cool” and business to business is more focused on letting the customer know that their product works. He mentioned that B2B video stresses the company’s brand promise. They want to let the other businesses know that working with them will bring success. Ed stressed to us the power video specifically using three topics: videos convey emotion, a satisfied customer is a very credible source, and viral video.
