What was the relationship of Jiè Z Tuī ǐ to the Cold Food Festival ( Hānshíjié 寒寒寒)? After Chong’er accidentally killed Jie Zi Tui when trying to smoke him out of his mountain home, Chong’er left some land for Jie Zi Tui’s spirit to use. Chong’er was unhappy about his officer’s death so he ordered for three days, people could not use fire to cook food, they could only eat cold food, and thus became the Cold Food Festival. 9. Who exhumed the corpse of a former king of Ch ǔ and gave it three hundred lashes; and why did he do this? Wu Zi Xu did this because he wanted to exact revenge on King Ping
