Title Examining Ethical and Legal Issues Related to Online Content Assessment A, Part 2: MBC News Interview If you knew someone bought a term paper, would you turn them in? Yes I would. Cheating is very wrong, and unfair to the other students who put in the time to do the work. How do you view the expanding role of blogs in reporting current news? I believe bloggers are getting to the point that some should be thought of as reporters, and should be  protected by the same laws. Do you think bloggers should give the news media a little respect and just follow and comment  on the news, instead of break it? No, this goes to free speech, and bloggers have a right to say what they see as soon as they see it. Assessment B: Write a Blog Entry Blog entry: First let me start by saying I believe that bloggers should be given the same protection as reporters, yet I  do not believe they should be held to the same rules as reporters. I just feel reporters are tied down to  what they can and cannot say. I do not believe that bloggers should have an open license to say  whatever they want. They should not be a loud to write lies and pass them along as lies, yet they should  be able to pass along news with restrictions that sometimes reporters have to abide by. Why are  reporters not allowed to blog at live games? I believe this is restricting freedom of speech and is illegal to  do. With bloggers there is no such restriction, nor do I believe there need to be. For example the  reporters are restricted from blogging at live games or doing a live broadcast without permission of the  league, yet are not restricted on coming to your door and doing a live broadcast. This to me seems like a
