Open-To-Buy Control OPEN-TO-BUY is the amount of unspent (i.e., order limit) money that is available for purchasing merchandise that will be unspent (i.e., order limit) money that is available for purchasing merchandise that will be delivered during a given period “On order” are open orders that are expected to be delivered during a specified period.
