I have learned a lot of helpful strategies during the tenure of this course all which are useful inthe learning process. Among the important strategies I learned during the course I will discussthe following time management, goal setting, stress management and note-taking.College success (2015) postulates that preventing distractions such as multi-tasking that willonly slow you down is an effective time management tool. I will use this strategy by puttingmessages and calls on my phone on mute. This will assist me to prevent calls or message alertswhich might distract me and derail my progress. I will make it a priority to only check callsduring my break or free time of my schedule.According to College success (2015) effective note-taking method creates an ultimate studyguide.Taking notes using the out-line method helps me to have a well-organized study guide asthe main important ideas will be on the left and withwell numbered supporting ideas indentedand capitalized.
