Rate = 120; rhythm = uncontrolled atrial fibrillation What treatment is indicated if she is unstable? Cardioversion followed by heparin, then coumadin. This rhythm strip was taken from a 50 y/o man who was admitted with an acute MI one day ago. What is the rate and rhythm? Rate is 45; rhythm is AIVR. What should be done for this patient?
