We observed that the mean hours used on email per staff is 4.464. At least half of the staff will use 4.464 hours. The most number of staff will use 4.7 hours or 5.3 hours. The minimum number of hours used are 2.8 hours and the maximum number of hours used are 6.7 hours. The median 4.400 hours is quite near the mean 4.464 hours. This indicates the distribution is symmetrical. The standard deviation for hours spent on email is 0.9305. This indicates a fairly wide variability in time used across levels.
