Strategic management process is a process, an approach to addressing the competitive challenges an organization faces. There a four ways an organization can integrate the Human Resource department into its strategic management process. (1). Administrative Linkage – In this linkage of integration, the HR department is not included in any component of the strategic management process in both strategy formulation and strategy implementation.
