This is a convenient service that has been requested by Zipcar members. This feature is to be rolled out to the major metropolitan areas that have automated toll payment systems. The first test market is the San Francisco Bay Area that has the FasTrak toll collection system for toll roads and bridges. Develop the Strategic Product Plan Executive Summary for the automated toll collection feature for the test market of the San Francisco Bay Area with the FasTrak toll collection system. In the Strategic Product Plan Executive Summary identify the whole product of the Zipcar system and identify the components required for the automated toll collection system, FasTrak. Component parts to consider for the feature are FastTrak system, FasTrak devices, FasTrak accounts, Zipcar accounts, charging of tolls to the correct Zipcar members, and reporting. Are there innovative features that should be added at the same time that will benefit the Zipcar or its Zipcar members?
