Blackbaud I work for a company called Blackbaud, where I sell a product known as eTapestry. eTapestry is an online donor management and fundraising system. Blackbaud’s mission is as follows: “Make the world a better place by working with the nonprofit community to improve lives” (Blackbaud, 2011). Since Blackbaud bought out eTapestry, there have been several changes within the eTapestry Sales Department. Both internal and external factors have caused changes to take place. The first initial change that took place was when the eTapestry buy out was completed in January 2011. This change was not only an external but also an internal factor. Externally, eTapestry was no longer a private company, but we became a “product of Blackbaud”. This external change made several internal changes.
