I noticed we both received high scores on our Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale Tests, which is whatprompted me to respond to your discussion post. Although stress isn't really unavoidable (wouldn't thatbe nice), you are right in the sense that we should always acknowledge our stressors and issues. Puttingthings on the back burner is what causes situations to escalate and make them into bigger problemsthen they should be. Keeping a balance between your handling your stressors in a healthy way helps tokeep your mind in a better state. Over-stressing leads to mental illnesses like depression and at all costswe should avoid things such as that. Therapy is a great source of stress relief. Personally to destress Ienjoy going for a walk. I feel as though it's something the whole family can enjoy. My son will sit in hisstroller and glance at the sky for hours, and my dog will always enjoy a good walk. This gives me theopportunity to get fresh air and some quite time to decompress my mind of the stressors through out
