Bausano-Kiesche is located in New Brunswick, NJ and is their only holding. B-K is a capital-intensive, chemical processing plant producing industrial solvents and dyes. B-K is the largest single employer by far in the region, and its payroll and its taxes are vital to the economic well-being of the town and the region. The company has steadily "downsized" its workforce, preferring to increase profit margin per unit rather than expanding sales by lowering product prices.

Willco provides two more paid holidays than B-K and four weeks vacation after 15 years. Willco’s profits were roughly the same as B-K’s last year and appear to be equal again this year.
