Strategic Management Process Strategy management process defines the organization strategy. Managers can make decisions from strategies that have been set for their business that will help them to accomplish improved performances, which is another part of strategic management. If the process continuous to appraise the industry and business in which the business is drawn in, it then helps to; fix goals to meet all future and present competitors, evaluate its competitors, and from there, reassess every strategy. The management process has four steps. The four steps consist of strategy evaluations, environmental scanning, strategy implementation, and strategy formulation. These components are steps that are carried, in chronological order, when creating a new strategic management plan (2008-2012, p. 1).
