Summary This is a treatment to help Seasonal Affective  Disorder(SAD) through light therapy. The treatment uses a headset which is very  similar to headphones but instead of music,  light is transmitted to the brain. Different levels of light correlate to the  depression levels in a person. Even the lowest levels of light still affects the
