Key results This research finds these following factors: 1. reliability; 2. quality; 3. support. So Internet banking users are satisfied with internet banking reliability, internet banking usability, internet banking quality. Conclusion: Internet banking quality plays a key role in the process of adoption of internet banking and consumers loyalty. The research indicates that the respondents (internet banking users) are pleased with the internet banking reliability, internet banking usability and internet banking quality. They also show good impression of internet banking and tend to recommend it to others. Improving the internet banking quality is the key point that the banks should put emphasis on....
