Memo TO : Mr. Cunningham FROM : Brett Garrick DATE : February 15, 2012 SUBJECT : How to choose the most effective advertising route. The company has yet to decide on an effective advertising method With the upcoming release of our new product line we have had many questions as to how we will market this product. Choosing an effective marketing strategy will be vital to the success or failure of this product. In our choice of marketing strategy we will have the opportunity to not only streamline the success of the product but also save the company significant money on advertising expenses. Viral marketing strategies With the potential popularity of our new product I believe that the company should go in the direction of viral marketing. Viral marketing is a very effective strategy that will do majority of the advertising work for us. The intent behind viral marketing is to create an ad campaign that sparks enough interest that the general public will spread the ad/promotional campaign for us.
