Step 5 1. Post-Season 1.i. (03/04-4/24) ~ 6-8 weeks 1.i.1. Testing 1.i.1.a. We believe it’s important to test at the end of the season so we can compare the results from the beginning of the season to see if we maintained, gained, or loss our strengths through basketball. 1.i.2. Relaxation Period 1.i.2.a. Take some time to yourself. Get away from basketball for a few weeks, usually about 6-8 weeks. Too much of one thing can be bad, especially for high school athletes. You don’t want your athletes to get burnt out on one particular sport. 2. Off-Season 2.i. (04/24-10/08) ~ 21 weeks 2.i.1. Testing 2.i.1.a. We believe that testing is very important here. The last week of every month throughout the off season we will be testing strength, speed, agility to see if our team is increasing in these aspects and getting better. 2.i.2. Multi-Sport 2.i.2.a. Encourage your athletes to play other sports. This keeps your athletes in shape and develops athleticism and competiveness.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
