Fall 2011 MGSC 395 – SECTIONS 007 and 008 (Dr. Ahire) SURVEY OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT EXAM 1 STUDY GUIDE 80 POINTS (25% of the Course Grade) IMPORTANT: The exam will consist of two parts: a multiple choice section (about 50% of the Exam) and problems (about 50%). Exam will be closed-book and closed-notes . Cheating will result in a zero for the exam. The Multiple-Choice section will focus on the following list of concepts. Note that reviewing the lecture slides will be helpful but will not adequately prepare you to perform satisfactorily.
