Facts of the Case – Suzanne and Richard Kleinecht (appellant) are seeking review of a case involving wrongful death and survivor action, which was originally heard in the District Court of Western Pennsylvania, which granted summary judgment to the appellee, Gettysburg College. Drew Kleinknecht, and intercollegiate lacrosse player at Gettysburg College, died due to cardiac arrest on September 16, 1988 while participating in a practice at the college. On August 15, 1990, the parents of Drew filed a complaint citing wrongful death and survival action. On March 2, 1992, the court held that the College had no duty to anticipate and guard against cardiac arrest to a young and healthy athlete. In addition, the court held that the actions taken by the school employees followed procedure and were reasonable, and thus did not breach any duty. The court also
