Andrea Morris The Wisconsin Idea From my understanding, the Wisconsin Idea refers to taking things that students at UW learn on campus and applying them to things in the community. Our service learning in this class will help us to do so because we will be working on service projects outside of the classroom in which we can use our skills that we learn to better the community around us.
