Use the following questions to ask about the researcher’s experiences. You may also ask spontaneous questions during the interview to clarify information. *Mindful eating habits while eating out in restaurants. Grant is random controlled trial. Testing mindful restaurant eating intervention. 6 weeks, meet 2ce a week, do behavioral strategies and talk about portion sizes. Mindfulness is where you eat slowly and really pay attention to foods taste, texture, etc. Pay real close attention to your food. This slows people down and makes them more satisfied with less. It also has a component that looks at body cues…. Is it true or emotional hunger… Followed A. What is the focus of your overall research program? B. Please give me an overview of your current research study (e.g., what are the problem statements; sample; data collection activities; anticipated data analysis strategies?).
