In the past three days I have not eaten very well. On the first day all ate were some ramen noodles and a candy bar and did not have time for breakfast. On the second day I ate some spaghetti and meatballs with some green beans for lunch and again no breakfast. On the third day I had ramen noodles again and for snack I have some skittles. Healthier alternatives I could have invested in would have been some granola

I think the biggest problem in our normal everyday life is that we get so busy that we do not take the time to eat a balanced diet, everything has to be quick, convenient and at hand for consumption....
